Terms of Service
Welcome to Felecia’s TLC, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or any of our services, including catering. By accessing or using our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our site or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services from Felecia’s TLC, LLC, you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Felecia’s TLC, LLC, offers general personal care and lifestyle services, as well as professional catering services for events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private parties. Specific menu options, pricing, and service packages are available upon request or listed on our website.
3. Booking & Payment
For catering services:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and Zelle.
For non-catering services:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change with notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
If you cancel:
More than 14 days before the event: You forfeit your deposit.
Within 14 days of the event: No refund will be issued
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (ex: emergency, illness), a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided.
5. Appointments and General Cancellations 
Appointments (non-catering) can be scheduled via website, phone, or email.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
6. Event Changes (Catering Only)
You must notify us of any changes to your event details (time, location, guest count, etc.) at least 7 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Liability
Felecia’s TLC, LLC is not liable for:
Any adverse reactions to food consumed at your event
Property damage or injuries occurring at the event not directly caused by our staff or services
Losses resulting from client-provided equipment or third-party vendors
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate event information and allow reasonable access to the venue.
Ensure the venue is safe and equipped with necessary utilities (e.g., water, power).
10. Use of Images
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Felecia’s TLC, LLC, permission to use photos from your event (excluding identifiable guests unless permission is granted) for promotional purposes on social media or our website.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Felecia’s TLC, LLC, and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or service interactions is used solely to provide services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
