At Felecia’s TLC, LLC, we take pride in providing exceptional catering services and strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied. Due to the nature of event planning and food preparation, certain costs are incurred in advance. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

1. Deposits
All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total event cost to reserve your date. This deposit covers planning, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling commitments. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the scheduled event. Events not paid in full by the due date may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation Policy 
14 or more days before the event: You may cancel in writing. While your deposit is non-refundable, any remaining balance paid may be refunded.

Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued. All payments made, including the deposit and final balance, will be retained to cover preparation and staffing costs.

4. Force Majeure or Business-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where Felecia’s TLC, LLC must cancel due to emergencies, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

6. No-Show or Late Notification
If you fail to provide access to the event site or are unreachable on the event day, no refund will be issued.

7. Service Adjustments or Guest Count Changes
Changes to your event details, such as guest count, must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event. Reductions after this deadline will not result in partial refunds.
